Rico, Murphy, Diamond & Bean, LLP welcomes Rocco J. Iannaci as the firm’s newest partner. Attorney Iannaci has extensive experience in juvenile law, education law and DCF matters. His experience and practice also include family law, including divorce, paternity, and custody matters.
Attorney Iannaci grew up in Connecticut where he attended college and received a master’s degree in teaching. He spent three years in an elementary and middle school classroom as an English as a Second Language instructor and then two years as a Social Studies and History teacher before pursuing his law degree.
As a former teacher, Attorney Iannaci has a unique perspective on juvenile and special education law, which benefits clients in both the areas of family and juvenile law. Prior to joining Rico, Murphy, Diamond & Bean, LLP, Attorney Iannaci had his own firm where he was devoted to advocating for children both in the juvenile courts and as a Guardian Ad Litem. He also represented clients in the probate and family courts of Massachusetts.
As a Partner at Rico, Murphy, Diamond & Bean, LLP, Attorney Iannaci will continue his practice in the family law department representing clients in divorce, paternity, modifications and all other aspects of family law while continuing to advocate for children in the juvenile court. As a litigator and certified mediator, Attorney Iannaci is an asset to the firm and Rico, Murphy, Diamond & Bean LLP is thrilled to welcome him.
